Dancing in the Rain

We had a nice summer shower on Saturday night. Another thing I loved to do as a child was play in the rain. Almost as much fun as doing it myself was watching my kids play in the rain. They had so much fun jumping and splashing in the puddles. The third child in the pictures is their cousin.
Like our Motley Crew? One in a dress, one in a diaper and shirt and one in long sleeves and pants. Ryan it is at the stage where he wants to pick out his own clothes and does multiple wardrobe changes per day.

Getting Old Too Fast

I asked Ryan for a kiss and he said Yucky. He used to be my loving cuddle bug (and still is sometimes) but this morning he told me Mommy kisses were yucky. I thought I had a few more kissy cuddly years before this.

A Pack of Hot Dogs

Everyone would be in love with me.I am certainly in love with this pack of five hot dogs!

Before I was a Mom to children, I was a Mom to five (yes 5) dogs. Long story about how we unintentionally ended up with FIVE dogs but anyway, those were my first born "children". The other day, I gave them all a bath in the garden tub in preparation for a visit from my sensitive nosed pregnant sister (whom I love dearly:) I usually give them a bath one at a time but I thought I would try this method. They did very well and it was much easier.

It is hard not to love this cute bunch!
