Metamorphosis

Ari and Ryan caught two caterpillars and the next morning one was missing.  We thought they had gotten out until we found a cocoon in the bottom under a picture Ari had drawn for them. In the upcoming weeks they all turned to cocoons.  One hatched into this little larvae looking thing then died…we had just about given up on these little guys since supposedly they stayed in their cocoons for only around a week.  After about a month we heard fluttering in the cage.   We were excited to see a little moth flying around…
